Shipping Information
We strive to ensure that our customers receive their ordered products as quickly as possible — because fast delivery is just as important to us as it is to you. For bank transfer and card payments, we start processing your order once the payment has been received. In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, you can usually become the proud owner of a Hungarian-developed Vadalarm product within 2–3 working days from placing your order. If any issue or delay is expected, we will inform you promptly by email after your order has been submitted.
The final shipping cost may vary depending on the weight and size of the package and the destination country. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount shown in your cart, we will inform you in advance and proceed only after your approval. Without approval, you may cancel your order free of charge. We reserve the right to modify shipping fees.
Servicing
The general servicing process is simple: you send the faulty product to us (you can read the exact steps a little further down in the Return Policy), and we typically repair and return it within one week.
Let us know if you are a Vadalarm Premium member.
In this case, you are entitled to a replacement device for the duration of the repair. While it may not be a brand-new product, we guarantee that you will receive a device with at least the same performance as the one left for servicing. Please note that the Vadalarm Premium program is a subscription-based service, about which you can read more here. Regardless of your Premium status, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone in advance if you plan to visit us in person.
